I use it for a mouth guard while playing pickleball -sometimes the ball comes in very hard -if my paddle isn’t there the mou guard protects my teeth . It’s thin and light enough so that I can still call out the score with it in my mouth

Ultra thin guard is very light and you don't feel it in your mouth at all. Just make sure you get it for your upper arch because it is easier to talk with if you use it during day time. I ordered first for my lower arch because I didn't want to show it in my mouth when using but then their customer service explained me that it is better to shift to upper arch and I did. I am happy that I changed my mind and chose the guard for my upper arch. The guard is thin and is hardly visible. Thank you so much
