Return

Although the vast majority of our customers have expressed their satisfaction with our products, there are still instances where the night guard doesn’t feel like a perfect fit. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can return your items for a prompt refund or replacement within 45 days of the date that the Night Guard was mailed to you from our lab.

For most of our customers, the night guard fits perfectly the first time; however, if your night guard isn’t to your liking, we will make the necessary adjustments, re-fabricate, or take a new impression if needed.

We will work with you until everything is perfect. If within the 45 days following the date that your guard was mailed from our lab, you require any adjustment, we will be happy to do so without any additional charge.

This dual-layer night guard will last for a long time, but we advise that you replace it every six months or at least annually at the bare minimum. Even with proper care, bacteria will accumulate in your hard/soft night guard over time, which can be detrimental to your oral health.

This dual-layer night guard is a popular choice because it combines rugged durability with a comfortable inner liner. However, it may not be the right choice for everyone.

This night guard is 3mm thick—the same thickness as our soft, durable night guard and ultra-hard night guard. Thicker night guards provide the protection and durability required to manage severe bruxism.

Not everyone needs that amount of thickness. For light to moderate bruxism, a thinner night guard (1-2mm) may provide ample protection and even more comfort due to the low profile.

Most customers will receive their custom-made night guard within 3-4 weeks.

After every use, rinse your hybrid night guard thoroughly in lukewarm water. Don’t use hot water, as it could cause warping.

Regularly clean your night guard with a soft toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste.

Store your night guard in the provided case when you’re not wearing it.

Yes, our experienced dental technicians will custom-make your hard/soft night guard based on your dental impressions, which will include ensuring a perfect fit with teeth with dental work, such as crowns or bridges. Speak to your dentist in advance to confirm that the hybrid night guard will not cause any complications.

If you get dental restorations done after sending your teeth impression to us or after receiving your night guard, you will need to get a new dental impression. For more information, please contact us.
