Clear Comfort Night Guards Orders are only handled and sent out on business days (Monday – Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday, will be processed the next working day. We provide Free Shipping on all U.S. Orders, however for the customers' convenience, we provide 2 shipping options as following: Economy shipment, which is free with a delivery time of 5-8 days and Standard shipping at $9.90 with a delivery time of 3-4 days to provide expedited shipment if the customer desires. Upon placing your order with Clear Comfort Night Guards, we will send you a prepaid & pre-addressed mailer along with the Night Guard dental impression kit and instructions.

To accomplish this important commitment, clients must send a picture of their impression to impression@clearcomfortnightguards.com to get approval from our expert technicians before they send back their impression to us to fabricate their night guard. Our warranty is applicable solely to guards fabricated from impressions that have been reviewed and approved in accordance with our mandatory impression review process. In the event that impressions are submitted and/or guards are produced without prior approval, Clear Comfort reserves the right to nullify the warranty, deny refunds, and/or refuse complimentary adjustments.You can return your Night Guard for a refund or replacement within 45 days of the date that the Night Guard was mailed to you from our lab. Clear Comfort company processes the refund, excluding shipping and impression kit cost within 2-5 business days, but your bank may take longer to show the refund in your account. Clients have to check that with their own bank after we process their refund. Clients are responsible for the return expenses and refunds will be issued upon us receiving your night guard.
Any returned guard that is found to be damaged due to misuse or intentional harm will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that once fabrication of your night guard has begun, refunds cannot be issued for changes of mind or if you receive an alternative treatment plan from your dentist. We appreciate your understanding of this policy as we work to provide you with a high-quality, custom product. Clear Comfort is not liable for a guard that no longer fits if dental work has been performed after the guard's manufacture date.To maintain proper records and ensure efficiency, clients are required to return their impression within 3 months of receiving the impression kit. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the 45-day money-back guarantee.

Please do not continue using your guard if you experience any issues, including but not limited to problems with fit. Clear Comfort is not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of a poorly fitting guard. Please be aware that continued use of an ill-fitting guard could cause damage to your teeth, mouth, and jaw.
Please note that we are a professional dental lab but not a dental office.Therefore, the clients are responsible for consulting a dentist in the event of any breakage or improper fit of the guard.In the case of any significant dental concerns, such as loose fillings, loose teeth, ongoing jaw or neck pain, or a diagnosis of Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction (TMD),you should consult with your dentist before continuing to use the guard.
Free of Charge Adjustment
We will work directly with you to make any necessary adjustments to ensure your night guard meets your exact needs. Please try your night guard and let us know if it needs any adjustment within 45 days of receiving your night guard. In case we need to remake the night guard, we will provide a new impression kit without extra charge and cover the shipping and handling fee. Once again, this is applicable solely to guards fabricated from impressions that have been reviewed and approved in accordance with our mandatory impression review process. In the event that impressions are submitted and/or guards are produced without prior approval, the client is responsible for the costs associated with adjustment including new impression kit, shipping and handling, and labour fees. Clear Comfort reserves the right to nullify the warranty, deny refunds, and/or refuse complimentary adjustments.
Replace Your Guard
Because each guard is custom-made, Clear Comfort does not allow for material exchanges or exchange between upper and lower guards once the guard has been produced. We recommend thoroughly reviewing all available guard options to ensure the correct choice for your bruxism requirements.
If our specialists determine that a replacement guard is necessary due to fit issues, the new guard will be made from the same material or in case of approval for a different material, the difference in price will be charged.
Client Cancels the Order
If the client cancels the order before we ship out the impression kit, the client gets a full refund and we process the refund in 1-2 business days. If the client cancels the order, after we ship the impression kit, we will process the refund minus the cost of the impression kit and shipping and handling fees whether or not the impression kit was used.
Please note that the clients are obliged to deliver their dental impression within 3 months from the time of delivery or notify us if they decide to cancel their order. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the 45-day money-back guarantee and no refund will be issued.
Extra Impression Kit
Clients are obliged to send a picture of their impression to impression@clearcomfortnightguards.com to get approval from our expert technicians before they send back their impression to us to fabricate their night guard. Our warranty is applicable solely to guards fabricated from impressions that have been reviewed and approved in accordance with our mandatory impression review process. In the event that impressions are submitted and/or guards are produced without prior approval, the client is responsible for the costs associated with remaking their night guard including the cost of the new impression kit, shipping and handling and labour costs.
According to our full satisfaction guarantee, If they got our approval for their impression before they ship it back to our dental lab but we determined that their impression must be redo or their night guard must be remade, we will cover all the costs associated with the new impression kit and remaking of their night guard.
Each request for a replacement guard, material change, guard adjustment, or additional impression kit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Clear Comfort Night Guards, with the appropriate resolution determined at our discretion.
Clear Comfort Night Guards retains the right to cancel or decline any order, with or without cause, and without providing an explanation.
Please be aware that Clear Comfort Night Guards does not process or support international orders. We also do not authorize purchases made through third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, or eBay. Only orders placed directly through our official website are considered valid, as we do not have authorized resellers or distributors.
