Refund Policy – 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

 

Clear Comfort Night Guards offers a 45-day satisfaction guarantee on all custom night guards. The 45-day period begins on the date the product is shipped from our lab.

If you are not satisfied with the fit, we first offer one complimentary adjustment or remake, provided your impressions were properly submitted and approved prior to fabrication. Impression photos must be emailed to impression@clearcomfortnightguards.com for approval before production.

If an adjustment or remake is accepted, the refund option is waived.

Refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of the ship date. Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price only. Shipping fees and impression kit costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Eligibility requires compliance with our impression instructions and approval process. Certain non-custom items may have separate return terms or may be final sale.
