Take Your own dental impression and SAVE MONEY
As soon as we receive your order, we ship your impression kit immediately ( we have a fast shipment promise badge). The impression kit includes 1 set of putties, white one and blue one, a dental tray, either for upper arch or lower arch based on your choice, easy-to-use instructions and a return mailing envelope with a prepaid shipment label. When you receive the kit, please follow the below steps:

Remove the putties from their containers. Mix the base impression putty and the catalyst together until you’ve achieved a uniform light blue color. The fastest and easiest mixing action is the bend/fold and knead method. This should take no more than 45 seconds. Please note that the material will begin to harden if combined for more than 1 minute, so we advise setting a timer.

Locate the impression tray included with your mouthguard kit.Form the putty into the shape of a log and place it into your impression tray. As we only need to register the shape and form of your teeth, avoid leaving any excess putty on the outer sections or middle. (Please refer to the "How it works page" Or to the photo on the instructions included with your teeth impression kit).

Immediately after inserting the putty into the tray, open your mouth wide. Avoid touching your teeth, and insert the tray into your mouth.
Once the tray is in the center of your mouth, push it over your teeth with equal force on either side to ensure an accurate impression. Don’t forget to capture your molar teeth, especially the wisdom teeth, if you have any in the impression. Make sure you capture a deep teeth impression past your gum line. Hold the tray stable for 3 minutes, avoiding even the slightest movement until the putty has set and feels firm to the touch. -
Using your teeth impression kit is easy! You’re almost done already. Once the putty has set, remove the impression tray from your mouth using a firm, vertical releasing pull.Rinse the tray under cold water to ensure it sets properly. Do not remove the impression from the tray.

Place the impression tray and the form that you can find in your night guard kit into the provided bubble packet. Mail them to us using the prepaid post label. Please do not mail back the box (just use the bubble envelope).

Upon placing your order with Clear Comfort Night Guards, we will send you a prepaid & pre-addressed mailer along with the Night Guard dental impression kit and instructions.
*Note: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for their return postage to our lab.
For international orders, we do charge for shipping but keep our shipping fees as low as possible. You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
Return
Although the vast majority of our customers have expressed their satisfaction with our products, there are still instances where the night guard doesn’t feel like a perfect fit. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you can return your items for a prompt refund or replacement within 45 days of the date that the Night Guard was mailed to you from our lab.
For most of our customers, the night guard fits perfectly the first time; however, if your night guard isn’t to your liking, we will make the necessary adjustments, re-fabricate, or take a new impression if needed.
We will work with you until everything is perfect. If within the 45 days following the date that your guard was mailed from our lab, you require any adjustment, we will be happy to do so without any additional charge.
Note: Please contact us directly for return mailing details. Please include your customer identification details, including your full name, shipping address, contact phone number, email address, and the date of purchase with all return mailings to ensure that we can locate your order information.
